I found Beard in Mind to have pretty decent rep of OCD. (Granted, I only had ONE compulsion that was a part of my Post Partum Psychosis, but the way Shelley describes how her obsessive/intrusive thoughts interfered with her relationships was very similar to how mine felt.)
