What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I'm looking for this book I read a little while ago. It's about a family (mother, daughter, father) who are kidnapped and taken to a newly built, unused prison and held there. The father owns a construction company which built the prison building. The captors ask for ransom money for return of the family. They get the money but the husband "dies" in the exchange. Turns out the husband/father set up the kidnapping because he wanted to fake his death, take the ransom money, and run off with his girlfriend. The mother finds out and the husband is caught. Anyone know what this book is called or who the author is?
