Mystery/Thriller Reading Friends discussion

For those with Prime...what did you pick this month? Having a hard time deciding!

I went with "I thought you said this would work" mostly because nothing really spoke to me.

Dawn: I picked Only the Pretty Lies by Rebekah Crane.. i haven't read it yet. It wasn't a clear cut choice.

i picked The Next Wife by Kaira Rouda. read it in one day. it was very good!

I picked 'The Unwilling' by John Hart because I love his writing style. I also chose 'The Pieces we Keep' by Kristina McMorris, and 'Flash Back' by John Turiano.

I must have missed it in my email. How do I find April’s first reads

I read The Unwilling last month. I hope you like it as much as I did!

I am halfway through and glad to say John Hart has disappointed.

Finished "The Unwilling" by John Hart. A powerful story written in John Hart's excellent style. I wished for less raw violence, but the strength of the characters can't be dismissed. At one point I almost pulled for X. I sensed a second book in the wings. GREAT READ.
