I think they are born with them but I'm not sure. Galxay would have to answer that.

I'm gonna havta guess they're born with them. A 10 year old OC is fine, but most of the OCs are 16 or so, so that then they can date and stuff.

yeah i know, but i wanted a little change, and i got the idea for my oc from Gregory from the new FNAF game.
