Fifteen? I am in awe of you my friend. even if they are short stories.

And 25 books read total. You really got some reading done.
Well done!!

Michelle | 3258 comments 1. Did you complete and/or get up to date in any series this month?
Completed a Trilogy by Samantha Young .
Up to date - 4 all by the same author. I've been reading them in publishing order as a binge and now I'm caught up . I also caught up the Nikki Sloane I started not so long ago: Nashville Neighborhood.

2. Did you start any new series? If so, what were they? Will you continue?
The trilogy was a start and finish. Warriors of Ankh by Samantha Young

5. Overall summary of your reading month?
I managed 21 books. It was a mixed bag for me. Some great storylines but the execution was lacking. Some rinse and repeat reading but I know that going in and don't mind it for that particular author. Enjoyed the buddy read. Missing my Eve and Roarke fix. I don't know what it was about April but I generally felt underwhelmed. Could this be the start of a book slump? Please not 🙏🏼 Hopefully the new groups I've joined will get my mojo back before it dives into that.

Oh! Say it ain't so! No reading slumps!

I know what you mean about not minding a rinse and repeat with certain authors. Amanda Quick is like that for me because I know that her books will be satisfying even though they are a bit repetitive.

Lieke | 1723 comments 1. Did you complete and/or get up to date in any series this month?
I read The B. E. Ware Trilogy: A Paranormal Romance Boxed Set by Molly Mirren, so I started and finished it.

2. Did you start any new series? If so, what were they? Will you continue?
Beside the one I already finished I read A Change Of Pace by Freya Barker, I liked it but not sure yet if I will read the other books in the series.

3. Did you move forward in any series (that you didn’t complete or finish)? How many?
I continued two other series:
Magic Burns by Ilona Andrews. a fun series :)
Unforgettable You by Deanndra Hall, I will abandon this series dind't enjoy the first two books in this series (was to quick getting both of them on NG).

4. Any standout or 5 star books read? Why did you love it/them?
I only had one book I didn't like, I think my favourite was:
Forget Me Not by Alix Garin
I didn't expect to get emotional from this comic book, but it also made me laugh.
And Young Blood by Charles W. Lamb it doesn't have a very good rating but I enjoyed the audio.

5. Overall summary of your reading month?
I seem to have found my new standard with around 6 books a month. Except for one I enjoyed all my books :)

The B. E. Ware Trilogy A Paranormal Romance Boxed Set by Molly Mirren A Change Of Pace (Northern Lights, #3) by Freya Barker Magic Burns (Kate Daniels, #2) by Ilona Andrews Unforgettable You (Bliss #2) by Deanndra Hall Forget Me Not by Alix Garin Young Blood by Charles W. Lamb

It is a ok series, it is not one that I am rushing to finish. Definitely a hit and miss series for me too.

Karin I have been remiss in updating here, and I have read an entire series since joining, plus more in series I have started.

I am reading the first in an Asimov series now, but don't know if I"ll read more of them.
