well I finished the twits by roald dahl today and plan to read the enormous crocodile tomorrow. started attacks on Titan volume 1 and crime and punishment along with the girl who drank the moon so hopefully will be able to finish all of that with a couple of ther books
I finished The Yellow House and now am reading The Best of Us. I guess summer is for memoirs!

I have 3 audio books but only 10 hours in the car. Which should I listen to first? Toni Morrison's God Help the Child? or Akin by Emma Donoghue? or my local fave, Faith Sullivan's Ruby & Roland?

I am curious to know if the book has any connection to the Marilyn Monroe movie. I have never seen the movie but my mother and sisters did.

Not unusual for a book title to be a play on the title of a movie or another book. My wife reads some mystery series where, when I see the title I just shake my head, because I know the source of the title.
I am reading a lot this month, so far-finished listening to God Help the Child by the incomparable Toni Morrison (R.I.P.) and now into Once Night Falls by Roland Merullo.
