WEEK TWENTY-THREE: Happy June everyone! Today, let's talk book series. What are some of your favourites? What do you love about them?

Roberta The Raven Boys... especially the audio version narrated by Will Patton! This is ONE of my favorites. There are also others!

Karin I am not one to have a favourite anything. That said, there are some series I have enjoyed more than others. To narrow this down further, even though I don't limit series to this definition. I am going to go with series of at least 10 books that I have read in their entirety where a significant number have been given 4 stars or more (but not all). This means I can narrow it down to two--The No 1 Ladies Detective Agency series and the audiobooks of the Flavia books.

I have a few favorites. I love the characters and the story and how sucked in I get and how sad I am when they're over.

Parasol Protectorate by Gail Carriger
The Folk Of The Air by Holly Black
Phedre's Trilogy by Jacqueline Carey
The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare
Montague Siblings by Mackenzi Lee
Song of the Lioness by Tamora Pierce

Kim Hampton | 266 comments A.M. Heath is one of my favorite authors, and she has several good series. My favorite is the Ancient Words series. It has three books: Where Can I Flee, In the Shadow of Thy Wings and Out of the Ashes.

Beth | 211 comments There are so many... When I was a kid, there were Hardy Boys (Dixon), Spellsinger (Foster), Star Trek and Star Wars (various), as they would wrap their stories around my mind and pull me into adventures. Even now, I'll occasionally still read these.
Lately, I've been checking out Rebecca Roanhorse, Anne Hillerman, Brenda Chapman (Stonechild & Rouleau), and Ilona Andrews (Magic), among others. Same reasons. 😊
