Hi Mike,
You have been trolled alas and just ignore the clown above you. This Moron has been doing the same across the forums in case you were not aware and thought the above level of bad manners were in the least genuine.
On the bright side, you have achieved something, you have written a book where as the individual above is so empty the only pleasure they can experience is by trying to inflict pain on others.
Send me a copy of the book if you like (Amazon fire format) and I will give you a genuine review. I prefer to be honest though, so if it is going to be rated low I will send you the review and not publish it if that is fair?
