I apologize, I dont normally read a lot of cozy mystery, so I'm kinda blind picking your choices.

Double Wide (Davis Way Crime Caper, #10) by Gretchen Archer - The title caught my eye.

The Chocolate Raccoon Rigmarole by JoAnna Carl - I love little trash panda's. The cover is adorable.

Bonus Pick - Natural Thorn Killer (Rose City Mystery #1) by Kate E. Dyer-Seeley - It's a new series for you and the highest rated.

Hope these are ok!

Sha | 266 comments For Jennifer~

I haven't read any of these but I really like the sound of these two;

Dollface A Novel of the Roaring Twenties by Renee Rosen - A 1920s novel that focuses on the seediness and mafia along with and in contrast to the glitz? I like it.

Rodham by Curtis Sittenfeld - I've never seen alternate history set this close to the actual timeline and populated with living people. Interesting idea.

Bonus:
The Pomeranian Always Barks Twice by Alex Erickson - FLUFFY MURDER. //adds to own to do list

Not picking is not a problem. Life is life and family ALWAYS comes first. My faith, reading and crocheting are what get me through the days. I pray that things are well with you and you have a nice holiday weekend.

The Abandoned (Graveyard Queen #0.5) by Amanda Stevens

Book - The Abandoned
Author - Amanda Stevens
Date Read - 9/6/21
Rating 4 Stars

Review - This was the prequel to the Graveyard Queen series that I never did get around to reading when I read the series. It's a very small introduction to some of the main characters in the series, but honestly it's not needed to enjoy the actual series. I gave it 4 stars because it's paranormal and I enjoyed the Graveyard Queen series.

message 82: by Chelle_Rydz (new)

Chelle_Rydz (chellerydz) | 621 comments Finished my first pick - The Last House on Needless Street by Catriona Ward . This was really good and lived up to the hype for me. I thought I knew it all, but I did not.

Plus two others off my list - My Heart Is a Chainsaw by Stephen Graham Jones A Stir of Echoes by Richard Matheson ; both of which I enjoyed. It's been a pretty spooky summer.
