I update my pages frequently (every couple of days, at least)

I'll do something like this, for example

Pages read: 156 (as of 12/1/2021).

If I have a long book that takes multiple days to read, I will do this for example:

Since I read every day, it's hard to keep track of the books and number of pages I read. I keep a document on my desktop for each month's read-a-thon. I fill in the book and pages read each day. Then add them up and post them on the read-a-thon a couple of times a week.

Jo-Anne just gave me another thought about tracking pages. If you enter the book in Goodreads, and update the page you are on each day, that will keep track of it for you. This will work if you are reading multiple books as well.

Hi everyone, I hope you are having a good reading month, despite all the upcoming holidays.

With the new year right around the corner, I was thinking about my reading plans, which I found myself really struggling to come up with any particular thoughts.

Do you make reading plans for the new year? For me, I don't make any long-term plans, unless it's a challenge that requires it. I just go with the flow.
