Hi all!

Perfect topic as I just found a true gem for kids and teens.

This collection of short visualisations is a spin-of of a audio book series online.
It tackles topics for overall mental health, but also self-love and self-care, calm and anxiety relief for kids and teens who need it.

Sadly there are quite some who struggle at a young age, including my 2 step kids, boy (15) and girl (12).

These gentle and interactive meditations worked miracles for both of them, so I got them the audio recordings, too, which boosted other health points - especially the Super Power episode!

Each episode supports anxiety and overall self-care, helps tackle ADHD, OCD, PTSD, etc ... anxiety and self-doubt, teaches gratitude (which in itself is indeed a super power), tearing down blockages and overcoming obstacles.

Have you tried something like interactive visualisations like these? I believe they are quite unique! We love them!

Let me know your thoughts!
