Thanks for organizing the polls. The mystery votes are additional fun. . . . I wonder if we might know the results of the poll at least 1 week before we start reading. Some of us might need to request books from library branches, need to make time to go to bookstores and libraries, need to place orders and wait for books to arrive. Others will say if 1 week advance notice helps them too.

I nominated The Stranger, but had a hard time deciding between voting for it or for The Metamorphosis, because I also love Kafka. May the best book win!

Also, I agree with Cynda. It would be nice to know the results of the pool at least by this Friday.
