Emma | 397 comments Thank you for flagging that! I will dig back into my history to see if I can add the misspelled name after all. Update: I couldn't find it in my history. Shoot! Sorry, I was not aware this was the policy.

By the way, I can't seem to find this policy in the manual: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/.... Where could I read more about this policy? Just to clarify, the cover art was correct it was just the author name on Goodreads.

Update 2: Ahh I feel guilty! I looked around again and found a thread (https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...) but it still seems to be mostly about books where the mistake is on the cover art. Does this policy also apply to books where the mistake was just on Goodreads?

No. Only on the cover art. I sometimes find where the author was imported incorrectly, but fine on the cover. Recently,

Francis Scott Fitzgerald on the book record when the cover clearly said F. Scott Fitzgerald as an example. If it was correct on the book cover you're fine and am glad now you're aware of it.
