We'd have it now if it wasn't for the lockdowns in our 2 largest cities (Sydney and Melbourne)

Cinemas and just about everything else is shutdown there for the foreseeable future.

They could still show it in covid free Tassie though. We are fully open for business.

Vanessa | 105 comments I've seen it as well and it is amazing. The soundtrack and the imagery are unparalleled and I can't wait to see it again. My biggest critique is that it begs a second movie (the first film only covers half of the first book) and we might not get it.

Awesome. So glad to hear. So much of adapted SFF is barely recognizable.

I can barely stand theaters so do most of my watching at home. Think this one will need to be a big screen experience tho.
