I've had tunnel vision for one main goal for so long, that I forgot there was a whole other world just outside. Until Lana.

She's everything I never expected, and I love the fact I can never guess her every move or reaction. It's part of the reason I keep falling. But I also know she shuts me out, hides things from me she feels she can't share.

One day, I hope she trusts me enough to share.

It isn't until my job puts her at risk that I realize just how fierce she is, but it doesn't stop me from doing all I can to protect her. I should walk away to protect her better, but I can't. Instead, I'm forced to find other ways to keep her safe.

I just hope it's enough.

Though she is fierce, she's still fragile...

Chapter 8 (view spoiler)[ Lana just broke up with Logan, which seems a little extreme for me. I get she wanted to make sure he was safe but leaving him for it? We also discover that Hadley was raped when she was younger by her stepdad, who know works as a social worker. So of course Lana is coming for him. Thank gosh! Also Jake days he is going to let the Media call her the Scarlet Slayer. I actually think that fits Lana. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 10 (view spoiler)[ Damn this chapter has me feeling all the emotions. I really hope her decision to take the girl somewhere safe doesnt come back to bite her. She did the right thing by helping her. This chapter definitely shows Lana has a heart, she is even saving Hadley embarrassment if the crime scene is ever found. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Damn she played that off well. But honestly, it’s not okay that Hadley looked into her like that and invaded her privacy?? I hope Logan gets mad at her tbh, it’s really weird. Also, her plan to bring the boogeyman to her is so stupid? I get that she wants to kill him, but if he attacks her in her house & she’ll kill him, it’ll become a murder scene and the police will look through her house????? Makes. No. Sense. She’s just asking for trouble at this point. Wish she’d brought op Hadley to him though ugh. (hide spoiler)]

Kinda glad Lana will take him out, but it also seems stupid. Still wish she’d called Hadley out to Logan. Poor Logan.

Can’t believe the police chief orchestrated it all to get Lana to the hospital, hoping the Boogeyman would get her so he’d have a case what the fuck!!! Is it smart to show Lindy who she really is? Probably not…? I’m glad she killed the guy and saved Laurel though, but this will be trouble. This can all lead back to her. I love Lindy, scratch all that. She’s great. (hide spoiler)]

I agree that it is hilarious that she's faking the weakness. I can't remember if they actually did make her brother rape her or if they simply made her watch. Either way it's shitty.

The fact that Hadley was abused as a child honestly didn't surprise me, but the fact that she was a runaway that was also a genius did.

I'm glad that we are starting to learn more about the past of all of the characters now.
