Christian Fiction Devourers discussion

So for this challenge, this hearkens back to the days when my kids were little. I chose a different character trait that we would be focusing on to develop and talk about with them each month. We worked from the book Achieving True Success: How To Build Character As A Family and did fun family activities to support the ideas presented in the book. So I thought it could be fun to make a reading challenge out of it.

For this reading challenge you want to read a book that will focus in on the word of the month. So for example the word is Determined- you can read a book where you see that your main character is determined to do something- that works great for your suspense books as usually there is a clear things in a suspense book that they are determined to accomplish- cracking a case, etc, or for a non-fiction read, some history books would be great here, or an athlete"s personal story where they accomplished their goal, etc. , or someone who fought against a physical ailment an overcame it. Have fun with this one- it is amazing to inspire yourself with folks that have shown remarkable determination, particularly when the odds were against them.
