I finished the last 2 stories from Magie sub Clar de Lună. 10 povești cu animăluțe fermecate by Anna Wilson (and 9 other authors).

Now I just started Animal Farm by George Orwell and actually found a buddy-read from the FB group. So excited!

I just finished my first - An Event in Autumn, by Henning Mankell. I really like this series, even if my favorite Tom Hiddleston scene (Magnus shooting the serial killer just as he is about to kill Wallander's daughter) is not in the book version. The one I just finished is a novella, also one that inspired an episode of the show.
I set aside More Than Human for now. It reminds me of Frankenstein, which is interesting, but the start of Sturgeon's novel is with a man and his two daughters who he keeps in seclusion, more as pet animals than fellow human beings, and who he seems to need to punish for being female. Not a great start. I may try again later, but for now I am moving on.

I finished The Sea Around Us by Rachel Carson. I'd already started before today but finished off the last 50 or 60 pages.

I finished The Rules of Magic an hour ago and started reading The Book Thief. I've been working on The Book Thief for a coupe of days and really want to finish it today.

I finished Milarepa by Éric-Emmanuel Schmitt as my third book.

Now onto the forth, The Tree by John Fowles.
