What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

I remember reading this book about 10-15 years ago, it was about people living in a cube/square place where they were living in different levels divided by social class and this person (i want to say girl) was trying to figure out how to escape. I remember she eventually gets to another level and there's a giant garden there

It was similar to 'Inside Out' but I had a recollection of reading this book while reading inside out so it's not that one.

The Roar has a vertical city, but I don't know if the rest matches.

I think I read it as a 14-17 year old and this book looks really racy so I think I'd remember that part more :D :D
