Anand Purohit | 2 comments Tellwell recently published my book, XNOR. Goodreads has three quotes from the book that are not at all representative of the book. I would like to have them changed. All I know is that a Librarian can make this happen if I request so in a post.

Here is a current quote:
“As he speeds away from the media boat, he smiles. There’s no way the media will be “reserved” in its presentation. This will be a truly global event with twenty-four--hour speculation for months. I should start a private consultation with JPM and other major brokers. An IPO at this time will be worth many billions!”
Here is what I would like it changed to:
“I think we all agree,” Peggy quips, “we need to keep Neil from any further development of the dangerous teleportation technology. I don’t want to wake up some morning and find we’re expelling dinosaurs from Nova Scotia instead of eighteenth-century British!”

Here is the second current quote:
“I need to give something to the media. At least the teleport didn’t end in an explosion, a sinking Ark, or mutilated animals. This could actually be an opportunity. The successful teleport could propel Wei Corp. into the stratosphere of the financial world.”
Here is what I would like it changed to:
"Captain Archer and Colonel Rajan cannot be trusted. They act pleasant enough. Archer would bite the nose off a dog. I respect her. She wants to use some machine to send me to London, claiming it will only take a few hours. Hard to believe. Losing our cannons is also hard to understand. What forces do they command? Should I reject their offer?"

Here is the third quote:
“If you have truly developed a means to communicate with an intelligence, whatever its nature, and with the capability to cause a physical effect, this is monumental … and potentially dangerous. Very dangerous!”
Here is what I would like it changed to:
"Cecile has mixed feelings. Should she see Jacques off and wish him well? Or should she just forget their brief love affair? “He’s just another man. Just like the rest, loud and arrogant. To hell with them,” she mutters to herself."

Thank you for your help.

Anand Purohit | 2 comments I do not know how to add or change quotes. I asked Katie at Tellwell and she said I had to post to the Librarian Group to make a request for the change.
I'm a very new author and groping in the dark regarding this.
Hope you can help or direct me as to what I should do. Thanks.
