Charles Francis' (from Illinois), here is your new thread in 2015. Happy reading in the new year.

Finish date: January 2015

Review: You can add text from a review you have written but no links to any review elsewhere even goodreads. And that is about it. Just make sure to number consecutively and just add the months.

Charles Francis (robcis) | 8 comments Death of Caesar by Barry Strauss The Death of Caesar The Story of History’s Most Famous Assassination by Barry Strauss
Finish date: March 2015
Genre: History
Rating: A
Review: Do you think you know the story of Caesar's assassination? Well don't be so sure. The author takes you on a journey that is a story of trust, betrayal, arrogance, blindness, and tragedy on many fronts.

Strauss reveals new facts and insights and dispels old beliefs and leaves you with a well told story of the most famous assassination aside from Lincoln's.

Charles Francis (robcis) | 8 comments Chopra, Deepak
How to Know God: The Soul's Journey into the Mystery of Mysteries
Finish date: April 2015
Genre: Spiritual
Rating: A
Review: Once again Deepak Chopra takes you to a new level of thinking on the spiritual plane. Some parts are not easy to get through, but hang in there because he will stretch you and get you to see God and life in a different light.

Religion can get in the way of our spiritual growth and we can too, Chopra helps cut through all of this and challenges you to think and believe differently, but never let's go there is a God and we are part of his/her creation.

When you pick up the book, do so with an open mind and be ready to grow.

Jill Hutchinson (bucs1960) Let's re-look at the format in message one regarding book/author citations.

The month in which you read the book is first, bold and in caps. It only needs to be used at the first of each month.

Then number your entries so that you can see at a glance how many book you read. Directly follow that with the book citation....book cover (or if there is no cover, put (no image). It is not necessary to put the avatar of a book without a cover image. Type "by" and add the author's photo (if available) and the author link.If no author photo is available, type (no photo)

Otherwise, you have the format correct. It just takes a few times, Charles, to get the hang of it.

Here is an example of how your first post book/author citations should look:

1. The Death of Caesar The Story of History’s Most Famous Assassination by Barry Strauss by Barry Strauss (no photo)
