I never would have switched either, but I must admit (with chagrin) that apps and “things” seem to work and flow better on the iPhone. My android was fairly old, though (Samsung S10), so maybe not fair to compare.🤷♀️

Three major iPhone fails, imo, are 1) The keyboard— while I make fewer mistakes, having to go back and forth between screens to get to punctuation and numbers is a pain in the rear-end, especially when entering complicated passwords. 2). I cannot schedule texts to be delivered later. Terrible if you are an early riser and have friends/family in a later time zone. 3) I don’t seem to be able to dismiss my alarm before it goes off without turning it off altogether, which means I have to remember to turn it on again that night.

(Happens early but is a wondrous feeling.
@Sharon, There should be a snooze option for alarms. I don't use my alarm on my phone too often, though. Just when I'm not staying at my place. I prefer to use an old fashioned alarm clock, as I like to spend the morning without my phone if I can help it :)
I heard that Apple might be updating the messenger app later this year when they release IOS 17, but idk how true that is.

@Stephen, yes, I can hit snooze, but many times I want to turn off the alarm before it goes off without turning it off altogether. For example, if I wake before my alarm on Monday, I want to be able to turn it off just for Monday and have it still be set for the rest of the week. I don’t think I have that option. I sure do hope they add a schedule feature to texting!!

But then there are other books that you reread as an adult that makes you question what you were thinking when you were a child. Won't be mentioning any books here, lol. ;)

And random question to anyone who can answer how do you make it so that a link is attached to a book or author?
@Lilly, you can only do it from the website. I am on my phone right now, and I cannot remember the step-by-steps, but you click something right above the comment box. It might say “add author/title.”

Ack I know. Some books are timeless. Others... not so much lol
When you get on a social media for like one moment, and then look at the clock and it's two hours later. lol

Ugh, too true!

/coughs awkwardly.
When you're trying to focus on something and your brain decides it's the appropriate time to remind you of that one time when you were a teenager that you did something incredibly stupid.
Sometimes I hate my brain. It takes forever to suppress those embarrassing memories, too.

Alison, I can definitely relate to that!! In most situations, if I am put on the spot with even an easy and lighthearted question, I draw a blank. But hours later, all kinds of answers flood my mind.🤦♀️

There was this Instagram reel I saw and it was like "I named this one Teddy, and this one Teddy....they're both named Teddy cuz I can't tell the difference." and it was talking about when someones being nice or when they're being like flirty or having a crush on you XD

Heck yeah it is :(

Yeah....
But especially if they're generally quiet

And even trying to figure out if they like you in a friend type of way

Ah. That's tough!
