Yeah like once I was reading one of the books in the Ascendance Series in the living room and I was legit laughing out loud and my dad asked what was so funny. All I told him was that he wouldn't understand it and that I loved Jaron's sarcasm. He was so confused.

I have read the whole trilogy, it's great! Not a 5 star trilogy though, but definitely enjoyable.

I remember tho when we were little there was another family we'd always go to church with and when my parents (mostly my mom lol) would be talking to their parents, my little sister (she was like 5 and don't tell her I'm telling you guys this lol) was always like super attached to J, who was from their family and like quite a few years older than her, but she would just like grab onto his legs and not let go. And the rest of us didn't know what to do and J's poor face was like, "help! help me!" at his mom and she would just stand there and act like she didn't know what he meant lol
