Hmmm it doesn't seem like it but Origin looks interesting though haha! The main character in Origin seems to already know that she's part of an experiment from the start of the book- in the book I read, the main character is oblivious to the fact that she's a part of something until about mid-book

Celeste, if you are using a browser, it says above the text box "add book/author", there you can search for the book and/or author and it will link it for you.
Even if it is not Lynn's book, it looks interesting.

SPOILER!!
The story starts out by featuring this group of youths who were living in a forested area (the really pretty and ethereal kind) and basically none of them remember their past. They have this routine where they will harvest, collect, and eat this particular 'wild fruit' every day. I'm not sure if I'm remembering this accurately but I think there were some references to adam and eve in the book.
The female protagonist, mid-book, realizes that they were actually being held in a facility that was decorated to look like a forest. At some point after her realization, she escapes from the facility and learns that they had been monitored the whole time. And the 'forest' they had thought was their home, was actually an experiment facility that had been decorated to look like a forest.
After her escape she started regaining bits and pieces of her memory of the life she lived before the experiment. The memories came back because she stopped eating the fruit from the experiment. Ok anyways, later on in the book she then found out that she was the one who signed herself up for the experiment (i think?).
