Everything is going well....Thanksgiving weekend was quiet....had a visit with hubby's cousins....Work has been busy....looking forward to some quiet time at the end of December....maybe???

I think the deadline is midnight wherever you live. I'm sure I will be corrected if I am wrong.I need to add books, but this week has gotten away from me.

I have totally fallen down on this week's theme. Sorry guys, but not one of the books I read mentioned gingerbread. I even read a couple of books that took place during christmas! I will make up for it next week. With bells on!
@Jenny .....I thought gingerbread would be easier than mistletoe but not the case for me....i got 1 book read for gingerbread....hopefully bells is easier for me....just to keep up with my reading I have been waking up earlier to read and have my time with coffee....nice quiet start to the day....looking forward to some quiet time during the holidays...
I thought I would have the same problem so I searched for a few short books with Gingerbread in the title and found quite a few on KU. I ended up reading two of them. They weren't great but at least they were short-ish and I am no longer curious about them. Of course, as soon as I finished with those, the very next book I listened to had "gingerbread" in the text. There might have been a little bit of "happy dancing" when I heard the word. ☺️
Now on to bells...
I got lucky with on book that surprised me with a gingerbread reference. I was having a hard time finding a book that I knew had gingerbread in it and fit my other challenge too. I'm hoping to get more reading done for the next 2. Luckily I only signed up for 1 book.
