who's it by? I don't think I've ever heard of it!

Hi, I have read it. Give it a shot. Personally, I absolutely loved it. It's one of my favorite series ever. Have you read kiss the sky? I highly recommend that book too. It's an enemies to lovers trope. If you didn't like the Addicted series, try the Calloway sisters series.
