Themed BOTMs

Themed BOTMs include the three genre–based books: MG, YA, and Adult. These three BOTMs must fit the monthly theme!

Please do not suggest books in a series unless:
(A) It is the first in a series,
(B) It can be read as a standalone, or
(C) We already have read the previous books as BOTMs in this group!

NOTE: When suggesting Adult books, please do not suggest ones with excessive sexual content.

January BOTM Themes:

・ New Year
Nominate a book that involves the New Year
Nominate a book that takes place in January

・ 2022
Nominate a book that takes place in 2022
Nominate a book in which the number 2022, 20, or 22 are important

・ Resolutions & Changes
Nominate a book that involves making resolutions
Nominate a book where a major character decides to make a significant change in their life

・ Winter Animals
Nominate a book that includes penguins, polar bears, or any other winter animal

・ Winter, Snow, & Cold Weather
Nominate a book that takes place during the winter
Nominate a book that takes place in snowy weather
Nominate a book that takes place during cold weather
Nominate a book that has "winter," "snow," or "cold" in the title

・ Cozy & Warm
Nominate a book with a fireplace on the cover
Nominate a book in which the MC talks about things that make them feel warm and cozy
Nominate a book that involves something that makes you feel warm and cozy
Nominate a book that has something warm in cozy in the title (e.g. fuzzy socks)
Nominate a book that has something warm in cozy on the cover (e.g. fuzzy socks)

Choice Read BOTM

The Choice Read BOTM can be any book that fits the monthly category. It does NOT need to fit in any genre (e.g. YA) or into the monthly theme.

The January Choice Read BOTM is ROM–COM!!

Nominate any rom–com that is SUITABLE FOR ALL AGES (i.e. no sex).

Please do not suggest books in a series unless:
(A) It is the first in a series,
(B) It can be read as a standalone, or
(C) We already have read the previous books as BOTMs in this group!

Okay, so technically the nominations closed yesterday, but seeing as there still aren’t any themed nominations, I am extending the deadline. Furthermore, I am coming up with one nomination for each. If I don’t get another nomination by December 25, there will be no poll for January’s BOTMs
