Hi the following quote was credited to Anne Rice yet it is a lyric from one of my favorite songs by Type O Negative and I'm 99% sure this was originally written by Peter Steele (Type O Negative)

The song is called Bloody Kisses. I searched as much as I could and anywhere the lyrics for the song is displayed it states it was written by Peter Steele. I didn't see any credits for Anne Rice, yet I noticed this was included as a quote by Anne Rice. Can someone please verify if she in fact did originally write these words and if so, which book was it in? I have read most of her books and don't ever recall reading it.
