Ann, I try to tie all my challenges in together; if I don't, I end up with way too many loose ends. I hope you enjoy keeping it simple. I haven't read any of the books you have listed except My Grandmother Asked Me to Tell You She's Sorry. Backman is a favorite author of mine. Even though I preferred some of his other books, I haven't read anything by him that I've regretted reading. Good luck with your challenge and your global travelling. :-)

I will definitely be checking out those global reading ideas. I am always on the hunt.
