Play Book Tag discussion

Minnie Hamilton is a librarian working at a library in the fictional town of Chilson, Michigan. On her first trip in the library's new bookmobile her cat Eddie stows along for the ride. Then Eddie runs off and finds the body of Stan Larabee, who donated most of the money to fund the bookmobile. After a coworker becomes a suspect Minnie decides to help investigate the case. The book moved pretty slowly, even with a murder early on. I don't really feel like I got to know Minnie very well. I did like Eddie the cat. Since this is the first in a series I'll probably read the next book in the series and see if the pace picks up a bit.
