Challenge Corner discussion

With January fast approaching, here is the place to post any goals you're setting for your reading in the new year. Hopefully we can encourage each other to stay motivated.

2021 sucked for me with reading, so I'm going to go easy on myself this year and just say 1 book a month, so 12 total.

For me this is a very sad number, I used to read 12 books in a month, but I have to remember I have a toddler now, a full time job, and I have to be intentional about finding time to read.

Considering I only read about 5 books last year because full narratives were not something I could focus on and snippits of web comics or social media was easier to digest, I'm hoping to get myself back into the reading habit.

Oh wait... can I count baby board books? That way my number will go way up....

LOL baby books definitely count in my eyes. Plus, that many books with a baby and full-time job last year? Bravo! I hope you are finding wonderful books this year!
