Thanks for the info, Fran! I’ve read two Bond novels. Casino Royal was good, but I was disappointed in Doctor No. I’ll have to try Gold Finger next.

Fran | 710 comments I had only read a couple before as well, but I really enjoyed the plot of this one. Hope you enjoy it as well. The audio was well narrated, and a quick listen to.

Fran | 710 comments Does Elizabeth Bishop count for this classic challenge? She was born in 1911 and died in 1979. She wrote from the 1930s through the early 1970s.

This short list includes the best and worse. The Miracle Worker, brought tears to my eyes and was easily 5 stars, and The Poems of Exile made me want to weep at the thought of continuing it and easily 2 stars ;)
