It's great right!
Life's been busy for me (midterms and such), so I didn't get to read the last few chapters and make the post yet. I will soon!
Synopsis:
Best friends since they could walk. In love since the age of fourteen.
Complete strangers since this morning.
He'll do anything to remember. She'll do anything to forget.

Initial thoughts:
I don't know about anyone else here, but are you not just pulled in by this summary. How many books have a summary this short, but yet pulls so many people in? Not many! A lot of people are turned off by not knowing what they're getting into. In this case, it's just so grabbing.
Spoilers ahead--Proceed with caution!
Chapter Seven
After seeing the conditions of her family (like her mother drunk, so her sister Janette eats chips for dinner) she takes her sister to supper, to Jannette's surprise.
At the restaurant, she meets some guy named Dover who obviously knows her and talks about the previous week. Apparently she came in very angry.
If you were Jannette, how would you be feeling in this chapter?
Chapter Eight
Silas runs into his father who is very angry that Charlie was in the house that day. "Are you seeing her again?" is what he asks.
The father then gets even more angry. This part gives readers a lot of info: if Silas didn't testify, he needed to promise to not see that "man's daighter again," (so this has to do with her father in jail), father believes she took files from his office (files on what?).
He learns his brother's name is Landon.
What do you make of all this new information?!"
Chapter Nine
Before bed, Charlie finds love letters written from Silas. Once asleep, she wakes from a dream. Perhaps the spooky dream has to do with what happened to them?
At school, Brian finds her and professes his love to her, demanding that she chooses Silas or him. He makes a mention of a person they call The Shrimp, because when looked at she blushes, and is described as an unpleasant looking person. She chooses silas.
What are your thoughts on this Shrimp person? I bet she has something to do with the mystery.
Chapter Ten
When Silas goes to see the guidance counselor Ms. Ashley, she starts feeling him up and kissing him right away. Turns out that he's sleeping with her. (I laughed.) Guess both Silas and Charlie are cheaters. He got their schedules from her because their lockers are listed on it.
Landon brings him to where Brian is trying to talk to Charlie, and pulls her away. He tells her about Ms. Ashley. At lunch he meets his best friend, Andrew
In the locker room before practice he finds a box of stuff, pictures and whatnot and a letter. He makes plans to fall in love with her again.
