Themed BOTMs

Themed BOTMs include the three genre–based books: MG, YA, and Adult. These three BOTMs must fit the monthly theme!

Please do not suggest books in a series unless:
(A) It is the first in a series,
(B) It can be read as a standalone, or
(C) We already have read the previous books as BOTMs in this group!

NOTE: When suggesting Adult books, please do not suggest ones with excessive sexual content.

February BOTM Themes:

・ Valentine's / "Gal–entine's" Day
Nominate a book that involves Valentine's Day
Nominate a romance
Nominate a chick lit novel

・ Black History Month
Nominate a book that is written by a black person
Nominate a book about an important black person in history (to present)
Nominate a book in which the MC is black

・ Groundhog Day
Nominate a book that involves a groundhog
Nominate a book that takes place on Groundhog Day
Nominate a book in which the MC lives the same day over and over (as in the 1993 film Groundhog Day)

・ Mardi Gras (French "Fat Tuesday")
Nominate a book that involves Mardi Gras
Nominate a book in which a character binge eats
Nominate a book that takes place in France or any other Francophone (French–speaking) country and/or region

・ President's Day
Nominate a book that involves presidents and/or governments
Nominate a book that involves President's Day

・ Red
Nominate a book with red on the cover
Nominate a book in which a character is named or nicknamed "Red"
Nominate a book in which a character has "Red" in their name or nickname
