It's good to be grateful, especially as Christians! So here's a place for us to reflect on answered prayers, people/things we're grateful for, etc!

I’m grateful for my sister who is currently making lunch for me so I can write! 😉 Actually I dunno if that’s the real reason why she’s doing it but still… Thanks sis! 😜

Grateful that my dog Euger is doing better and for my younger sisters who happen to be my best friends!

I'm grateful that I have a family (extended family included) that loves me. And I'm grateful for all my awesome friends on Goodreads.

If you guys remember this from a couple weeks ago, I asked for prayer for an online friend of mine who was going through a lot with her mental health. She'd tried suicide multiple times even though she's still real young, but I encouraged her to tell her mother what was really going on.

The two of them didn't have a good relationship at all and I thought she would never, ever have the courage to tell the truth, but she ended up doing it just a little while ago and they talked it over and now she says she feels closer to her mother and she's also going to go get the therapy and help she need. And that just makes my day! I'm so happy! God is really, really good.

If you guys remember about the request where I was asking for prayer for a family and the doctor said the baby would most likely die and this is what the mom said just a few days ago on her Instagram.

“The ultrasound technician was finally able to get a better picture of the heart and it looked normal and WITHOUT defect! The stomach they thought was outside of the body is actually still in! Her heart rate went back up to where it's been previously. (148) The ultrasound tech called our girl a MIRACLE! There is still fluid in the body, but they think it could just be from the omphalocele, but still unknown. We are so thankful to be able to walk away from an appointment with good news for once. GOD IS GOOD.”

So, my friend had a concussion a while back and has been out of school for a while. But this past week she has finally been able to make it back! She still only does half days, as she still has a lot of recovery to go, but it's progress, and for that I am very thankful!
