The goal of the challenge is to read books written by authors from countries around the world from 01 January 2002 to 31 December 2022. The challenge includes diaspora authors, so you may read a book set in one country although the author was born or raised in a different one. Some authors like Aminatta Forna has parents from different countries - in her case British and Sierra Leone. You may use your judgement to allocate such authors to a specific country.
You may use books you read for other challenges. Any format is acceptable - paper, audio and ebooks.
