Play Book Tag discussion

This is the 3rd in the series where Horowitz makes himself the not-so-smart Watson figure to the mysterious investigator Hawthorne. In this one, they go to a literary festival. Horowitz is disappointed to find he isn't going to New York or Paris, but to a tiny channel island with a bunch of unknown authors. And actually everyone wants to meet Hawthorne, not him. A murder occurs, of course, and it seems everybody on the island had a reason to hate the victim. The crime seems to be solved with a chapter or two to go, so you know there will be another twist. There is also another clue in the ongoing mystery of Hawthorne's past. I enjoy this series a lot, and I think it's great fun that Horowitz puts himself into it.
