I think about David Sénéchal's physics courses, recently published as Ressource éducative libre (OER) on his university's publishing platform. For example : https://savoirs.usherbrooke.ca/handle...
Edit: remembered the document is in french xD, feel free to ask me I will translate for you
I would say no to that one, and to similar ones. Most colleges and universities have similar resources for some -- or even all -- of their courses.
Any related transcripts/coursebooks in hardcover, paperback or ebook format with their own ISBN/ASIN can also be listed in the database.
What about coursebooks without ISBN ? For example some open educational resources.
