I love The Hunger Games!! Gives a similar vibe to Harry Potter.

A clock of stars is a great one, a bit like Harry Potter so possible for reading for you!
The Keeper of the Lost Cities series definitely gives off Harry Potter vibes. I'm currently on book 5 and have loved them so far!
ummmm the Septimus Heap series is similar (Magyk, Flyte, Physik, etc) also the School of Good and Evil
The Trials of Morrigan Crow is very similar.
Spirit Animals, Five Kingdoms, Ascendance Series, Defy Trilogy, Ruined Trilogy, Hunger Games, Maze Runner, 75% of the books I read no joke
You can always read 'All the young dudes' its a fanfic about the marauders on ao3 but its written really well, i love it!

Any Brandon mull, Rick Riordan, or Jennifer A Nielsen
as a huge harry potter fan i recommend a couple series: hunger games, maze runner, the inheritance games, and percy jackson! let me know if you read and enjoy them!

Try the Lunar Chronicles or Percy Jackson. I’m a HUGE Harry Potter fan, and both of these series’ were soooo good.

The Fablehaven and Dragonwatch series by Brandon Mull (or any of his series) are really great middle school fantasy books. Another book I’d recommend is Howl’s Moving Castle by Diana Wynn Jones
The school for good and evil,The books are very good and it has a very magical mystical vibe but also dark academia which are both very good!! :D
