SCPL Teens discussion

I really enjoyed this book! It's about a girl, Addie, who makes a "dark deal" with a magical creature. She ends up becoming immortal, but there's a catch. No one remembers Addie after meeting her. As soon as a door shuts, or someone walks away for a moment, Addie gets forgotten. She goes through over 300 years of this before something changes. Somehow, someone she meets is able to remember her. I liked this book because it was a cute romance, but with a twist.

I'd rate it a 8/10. I liked that the book mixed Addie's past with her present. I appreciated reading about all of the hard times she went through, and that the book mixes it with a lot of happy, lighter things. She is able to meet many, many people in her life and she finds small ways to make impacts on the world, even though people forget her.
