Irphen | 389 comments Hi Ann! Welcome here and good luck with your first bingo challenge! :-)
I've read The Canterville Ghost and Perfume: The Story of a Murderer, both of which I enjoyed a lot :-) Also I plan to read Siddhartha as well this year, so if you are interested we could do a buddy read ;-)

Ann (annodoom) | 51 comments Irphen -- I have never done a buddy read before. Is it like a book club?

Ann (annodoom) | 51 comments It turns out that I have already read Alas, Babylon, so I am claiming a Mulligan and changing it to Anatomy of a Murder

You have a wonderful selection for the year. I loved The Dry and Passing is well worth the read. Enjoy!

Ann (annodoom) | 51 comments Bingo! On the bottom row. That foreign author requirement about did me in. I tried like three different books before I just powered through The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie.

Congrats on the bingo, Ann. Sorry you had to force a read of Miss Jean. I hate when none of the books I start seem to work for me.

I sort of read it in a rush and probably without giving it the attention it deserved.
