V.M.'s comment (message 3) asking why you would think a literary website is the proper venue for your subject is worth contemplating.

Aside from that, considering the massive buildup of Russian military personnel and advanced weaponary currently massing along three sides of the Ukraine border, I would think that gaming regulations would be the least of your concerns.
