What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

A romantic (suspense) where the heroine works in the special collections section (I think) of the university library. There is a student that has been coming by a lot 'to do some research', but he's always a bit odd. I can't exactly remember why, but she has a security detail who waits outside and follows her home. At the beginning she didn't know that her love interest (who I think owns a security company) was hired by her brother to keep her safe and had someone following her around. When she finds out her love interest was hired by her brother she feels betrayed, because she was falling in love with him. But eventually the student attacks her when he comes by again in the library (I can't remember why anymore). The student stops kicking her when her coworker comes back and he flees. The coworker eventually calls the love interest who then calls the security detail who arrives a couple minutes later and calls an ambulance.

I read this book a couple of years ago (maybe 3-4?), but I'm not sure when it was published. Anyone that can help me?
