Welcome to this month's Hidden Gems challenge!

Hidden Gems is a fantastic way to plow through those mountains of books claiming space in your house or e-reader. I have found that this challenge produces some fun group interaction as well, because someone else chooses which book you’ll read next.

If you sign up, you'll be matched up with a Hidden Gems partner. You will choose a book from the list your partner designates which you have already read and cannot believe your partner hasn’t read yet. Your partner will do the same for you with the list you designate. The point is to find that “Hidden Gem” that you think they’ll love… because you adored it when you read it!

Let us know which books you choose for each other. When you finish reading your gem, let us know what you thought about it. Perhaps your Hidden Gem might find its way to someone else’s wish list!

Match-ups will be created on the 10th of the month. Please choose books for each other by the 13th.

Sign up by telling us which list you’d like your partner to choose from.

Happy reading, friends!

Katrina, you have loads of good books on your shelf!

I narrowed it down to four, because after I had picked three, I noticed one of my favorite books of all time. Couldn't leave it out! All of these earned five stars from me. Enjoy!

Twilight at Moorington Cross by Abigail Wilson The Love Note by Joanna Davidson Politano Whose Waves These Are by Amanda Dykes My Heart Remembers by Kim Vogel Sawyer

Thanks, Andrea! I want to choose them all. But I will certainly go with My Heart Remembers My Heart Remembers by Kim Vogel Sawyer as it is available right now at my e-library (libby) and I have just downloaded it. Maybe I can squeeze it in before the end of the month and add it to the hearts abound challenge!

Looking over your list, I haven't read any of them yet, but I chose these 3 for you as they stood out to me for the reasons I will list:

God Is My Hiding Place 40 Devotions for Refuge and Strength by Corrie ten Boom - I loved The Hiding Place, it was a very inspiring book to me and so I am sure these devotions will be as well.
The Winter Rose by Melanie Dobson - I just love the cover of this book, so it must be good. :)
A Tapestry of Light by Kimberly Duffy - and I chose this for you as I love stories that are set between Britain and India, and I will be reading it soon too.

Hope one of those work for you!
