GOAL: Complete as many love prompts as possible
STYLE: Individual
RULES:
1. No cheating: only log the books you've started (even if you started it in any other month) and finished [in February] entirely.
2. Have fun! This isn't meant to “taunt” your reading any way, but to, rather, add up to the fun!
INSTRUCTIONS:.
February is a month of love. Now, I’m not just talking about romantic love. February has Valentine’s Day, but it is also Black History Month and Friendship Month. Therefore, this challenge is dedicated to love. Love of all kinds. Platonic, romantic, and familial. Love of culture and love of all types of people.
For this challenge, there will be a points system. You’ll get 1 point for each book you read, plus points for the page count of the book chosen and 2 bonus points if you’ve never read the book you chose (you will get 0 points extra if you are rereading a book). You will also get points depending on which type of prompt you read. Fiction prompts are worth 1 point, while non-fiction books are worth 2 points. For each genre/book type resolution section you complete, you get five points.
Page count point system:
0-99 pages: 0.5 points
100-199 pages: 1 point
200-299 pages: 2 points
300-399 pages: 3 points
400-499 pages: 4 points
500-599 pages: 5 points
