Hi Libby - I noticed you posted a thread regarding Laura Levine. That question should have been asked here. I'm posting here so that you can get responses from others. I have not read Laura Levine's work, but her Jaine Austen series has been one I've been interested in for a while.

Hi Libby,

I LOVE Laura Levine's books. Laura is a former sitcom writer, and that comes through in the books. Yes, they are funny. At times, they are a bit over the top bordering on silly. If that is what you are in the mood for, you will love them. But some people find them too silly.

I think as long as you know what to expect when you pick one up, you'll enjoy them.

This is not really a recommendation or a question (but I didn't know where to put this) ... it is rather a "Thank You" to Lizzyfaye and her co-hosts for providing such a fun and interesting reading challenge every year for 10 years now! Thank you! I enjoyed participating in the 2025 event.

Maybe a recommendation could be - to have one group chat area for people who just want to exchange messages about anything.
