Hi everyone, I am new to the group. I just wanted to give a few suggestions for authors that fall into the categories listed in your description that I enjoy. Laura Childs offers a scrapbooking series set in New Orleans. Eva Gates (who is fairly new for me) has library mysteries based in a lighthouse in a small coastal NC town.

Welcome Shane! I have read both of those authors, and agree, they are great! I have read Laura Childs' tea series, but not the scrapbooking one yet, but it's on my list. We've got knitting/crochet books coming up at the end of March (National Crochet Month), so let me know if you recommend anyone in particular for that topic.
