Chosen by current moderators.
Requirements: Currently active in the group, a track record of engagement, can commit for at least 2 years, comfortable working with Google Docs and Sheets (or similar applications).
Main responsibilities
TBR Twins:
- pairing participants
- posting and monitoring both the sign-up thread and the twins announcement thread each month.
Secret Santa (End of October - January):
- posting and monitoring sign-up thread
- matching Santas to Santees and informing the participants
- monitoring participation.
Shared responsibilities
Member management (answer questions, delete spam, etc.), come up with new challenge or activity ideas, encourage members.

2. Why do you think you would make a good moderator?
