Theresa | 15536 comments Interesting and diverse.

I adore classics - whether contemporary ones or as far back as Homer. It can mean genre fiction classics as well - there are certainly many books considered classics within their genres.

Nature is for me too similar to January's science . It also was used for Idaho in Poll Tally all of 2020. It is too soon to revisit it.

North America is broad - much more diverse than initially appears - encompasses Canada, US, Mexico, Guatamala, etc. so diversity still present as you can read authors from any of those countries, or books set in any of those countries, or about any aspect of those countries, or even immigration and diaspora stories where settled in one of those countries.

Will be interesting how it all shakes out.

Joanne (joabroda1) | 12575 comments None of them excite me-It seems my "meh" relationship with the wheel of tags is carrying over from last year.

message 4: by Amy (new)

Amy | 12930 comments Naturally I have done my research already! I am going to be seriously quiet from no on regarding even hinting at my voting preferences. I have something for each of these if need be, but I agree with Joanne, that this time around I wasn't overly excited by any. But I'm not going to vote until I see what my Beloved Beatles are up to and how the hive mind is working these days.

Threw all 10 points to classics, as I know I'll be reading at least 2 in March anyway.

message 6: by Jenni Elyse (new)

Jenni Elyse (jenni_elyse) Well, I know which one I don't want. I can make it work if it wins, though. Looking forward to seeing which one wins so I can plan.

message 7: by Booknblues (new)

Booknblues | 12081 comments I love the choices this month. They all work for me and I have some, I really want to read in each category.

message 8: by Karin (new)

Karin | 9225 comments I voted, but am opting to treat it the way we did on Shelfari and say no more on what I might have voted for.

Sue | 2723 comments I voted - pretty much open for any of these.

message 13: by Lyn (new)

Lyn (lynm) | 1124 comments Any of these work for me, but I threw points to the tag that fits the book group book I am reading in March!

message 14: by Barbara M (new)

Barbara M (barbara-m) | 2596 comments I have reading in any of these categories in my TBR however, I voted for the tag with the largest list followed by my second-largest list. Anything goes though!

LibraryCin | 11693 comments Well, there's one I definitely don't want (but I could do), one I definitely do want, and one that's WAY too broad for my liking!

message 16: by John (new)

John Warner (jwarner6comcastnet) | 97 comments I voted but almost didn't since I can work with any of them. I win if any are selected.

message 17: by Amy (new)

Amy | 12930 comments Voted, threw just a few votes. I have a book each for all three. Curious what our group will pick. But don't guess. We are trying to revert to more of a surprise effort, and are doing a great job. Maybe we change our chat to what we thought would win and our reactions after the fact.

message 18: by Amy (new)

Amy | 12930 comments I will say this - for one of the three topics, the book I have picked out I believe was a recommendation from Theresa. I have been wrong about that in the past, but I'm fairly sure.

Mathew, are you a real person? None of us should click a link like that, it looks suspicious to me! Sorry if I am overreacting.

message 20: by Lyn (new)

Lyn (lynm) | 1124 comments Check out his profile. From Pakistan, joined this month and has read zero books!
Pretty sure he is phishing.

message 21: by Theresa (new)

Theresa | 15536 comments I voted for the one I have the most books that fit from the top of the TBR Towers by the sofa and on the nightstand, lined up to read in March.

message 22: by NancyJ (new)

NancyJ (nancyjjj) | 11074 comments One of the tags looks like a gimme, but it's the shortest tag list we've had in a while, and might not be useful for challenge books (which require 5 tags).

I have plenty to read for all three. I'm still not sure how I'm going to vote.

Nicole R (drnicoler) | 8088 comments Ah yes, my monthly reminder to get to THIS month’s book. Lol.

I did finish my science book for January this weekend though 😂

Good for you, Nicole! At least you read one!

Not bad for what I think is either your first or second year with a law firm!
