The info on this page claims the revised edition of the paperback was released in November 2019.

While I was skimming through old posts on one of the official Facebook pages for the saga, I encountered this one from July 29, 2019, that features the version with the revised cover art.

I don't know where the November 2019 release info came from. At least the July release date can be cited properly.
