when I search your given ISBNs I come to a books page where the page count is set to 320pp, which is near the 311pp Worldcat marks for this book.
When I click on the linked book of this thread, I come to the audiobooks page which is correctly set to 9pp, because the rule on audiobooks and page counts is 'count of hours rounded up' so the audiobook should have a length between 8 to 9 hr of playtime.
